Water

Falling into place it stumbles. Air and water collide. Gasps for air and stillness. The waves settle with the tide. A darkness ensues and emptiness is present. A calmness is felt momentarily. 

A light breaks through clouds that hang low. Hope filters through and meets silence. A gentleness keeps them afloat. Sea breezes and salty sea air. It surrounds and comforts. The silence becomes the wind. Time stands still...the sea is on all sides. Green and blue. Waves meet waves and water is a painter. Is it helping you float or taking you under?
