Twists

There I was driving along the career highway and bang-A manager hits me full force ! Hehe Its amazing how some managers focus on their team and others only focus on themselves. I mean how can you expect to deliver group productivity if all you do is lay down the law and remind your team of the rules.
We all think our rules are right. We guide our careers and know best so how can a manger think that their objectives would be more important than ours?Human nature is fascinating and stress a silent killer. Its so easy to become complacent and forget the fun of the game. Why did I want that career that would involve be new every day. It would involve meeting new people and developing successful relationships at lightening speed. I wanted it and I have it. Allah ki mehbani say.
If everything was meant to be hunky dory all along why would anyone work hard and want to be part of the game. I used to thrive on challenges and always look for new ones but have recently found myself slipping on that front. Why because I achieved a short term goal and lost eye of the bigger picture. Classic mistake but one that I am sure I will learn, repeat and learn from !!
I need to brush up on those ppl skills ...less is more and listening is always the invisible solution. Think, take ur time and dont assume your manager knows where your coming from!! hehe
